I would say you have most likely been massively over feeding the plants. I haven't used your nute line but they sound high amounts. Autoflowers like low nutrition. On the EC scale the most you would feed is an Ec 1.6 and that's rare as most plants seem happy around Ec 1.2. If you can get an Ec pen and measure your solution before feeding I would imagine its going to be very high. If you measure the Ec of the Runoff it will be high.

Leaves damagedI see like a nibbling of the leaves that I don't know if it is due to a splash with wrong doses of neem + soap or maybe to midges I think of soil that are manifesting more and more often.
