One of my ladie's leaves has started to wrinkle, what am I doing wrong? 😟

Absolutely nothing. Wrinkly first leaves are perfectly normal. If your plant has green leaves and is growing, you're good to go :)

Your medium looks wet and you got big pot with little plants. So too much water might be the problem. Just let dry the upper layer and only water when the pot feels really lighter than after watering (lift up). Happy growing 😄
