Just keep going as normal, it is too late now and deal with any issues after harvest. Seeds take 4-5 weeks to mature so any new pollination won't have any time to get seeds of any real size, the ones that are already there, just pick them out after harvest. Male flowers can be hard to find, but there must have been at least one mature one, somewhere, at some time, if you are finding some seeds now. Also, don't try growing any mature seeds you find, hermaphrodites tend to breed hermaphrodite dominant seeds.

you got something in that room... pollen evolved to float well, and you likely have circulation fans... 1 pollen sac can pepper a room. Immaculate conception is a thing of fiction, so you have some male bits in that garden somewhere. as for chop or not?.. you could make bubble hash with it - the solventless, gentle sieving process won't crack or otherwise contaminate hash with seed or seed bits. context matters.. you know what matters and what you value.. is it worth another week or two (3+?) after you already sunk a two or three months into it? seeds do reduce weed quality a bit, but bubble just relies on trichomes on surface.. no mashing or slicing or extraction... friction knocks frozen/chilled trichomes off and you use 2-3 nested sives of varying micron size. seeds unmolested and left in work bag. maybe you get lucky and only 1 section got peppered but unlikely.

If you have seeds forming then they were pollinated around 3 weeks ago and all plants in the area will also have seeds best cut down the lot and start over with fresh seeds and clean everything before starting again
