Problema al colocar tutores en floración

tengo mis plantas en la 3ra semana de floración algunas ramas se estiraron mucho y decidí colocarle tutores, al colocarlos sentí en la tierra como se rompían como raíces esto le puedo causar daño a las plantas en esta etapa??

No - you're good... I grow in DWC and, when I need to withdraw some water to check the EC and pH, I'm always breaking roots - and I've even been advised by a really great grower to prune the roots which he says increases the productivity of the plant... haven't been able to bring myself to do that yet - but I'm researching it! (It would not be adviseable, I don't think, for a soil grow - but the kind of breaking you've described will do no harm at all)

Is it safe to tweak your light cycle times when you flip?I'm getting ready to flip and was hoping to adjust the cycle time when I do. My light is currently on from midnight to 6pm, but would like to switch to 9am-9pm or 11am-11pm to better align with my schedule. Am I safe to adjust or should I keep it at 12am-12pm when I flip?
