leaves bluing is 1000% phosphorus deficiency as others have said. if it were near the end of flowering i would say its fine but this is way to early and way tooo blue. i would increase in P and see the reaction.

Creepy_Steve has nailed it.... it's most likely phosphorus... but I don't see any nute information in your diary or any record of the pH... if you're feeding normal cannabis nutes, they should have sufficient phosphorus in them, at least through the veg state and since you say this has been her color pretty much all through veg, I think the problem might be your pH? If it's below 6.2 or higher than 7.0, the plant won't be able to absorb the phosphorus it needs... Good luck!

blue-green leaves is sign of phosphorous deficiency... should find some dark blotches on lower leaves to confirm if it has advanced that far. purple petioles is another symptom, but intense LED seem to cause this too. So, if not caused by the light/photo playing a trick and as far as i know there isn't a genetic vaiance for blue leaves... i'd increase P a small bit and see how it reacts... becareful you don't go the other way... high P causes burnt tips and interveinal chlorosis on new growth. .. it can lockout many things if concentration is too high, so if a smorgasborg of symptoms result, consider that tidbit and reverse course.
