I can’t put the light any higher. And no the leaf doesn’t come out.. I was leaning to more of a light/heat stressed but wasn’t sure. It’s a es300 light should I cut back on the power since I can not raise it!?

Hi I spotted some yellow-white dots on some of the leaves (not all). Any idea what's up with the plant?
I assume it's a shortage of something?

Brown edges fan leavesLeaves edges been turning dark brown/black then the rest of leaf turns yellow and eventually i can pull it off. Has slowly been happening since adding rhino-k.
