I just started seeing some kind of deficiency on the lower leaves of my plant that's still pretty young. Can someone please help identify? Just tested the PH and it's at 6.4. I'm not seeing any spots on new leaves. Do I ride this out? Do a flush? Appreciate any advice!

This is looking to me like the start of a phosphorus deficiency... I don't think your ratios of the nutes is quite right... at this point, the Flora Series needs to be equal amounts of each of the Grow, Micro and Bloom - and it's the Bloom that's really going to give the most phosphorus to the plant. Your pH is spot on ... I'd just increase the Micro and Bloom to equal what you're giving of the Grow and add an additional PK - Good luck!
