Hi pal. Your plant is only flowering since wk 7 just to let you know. So you are about 5+ weeks in. Not enough to make enough THC/RESIN, well enough that will count. Because you are in the home stretch. Make up 61l core NPK for bloom and tell your friend to give as much as you do every 2 days and water in between or whatever way you'll do it Make 1 of the bottles a micro nutrient if you have 1 and make up another calmag 1L and tell him to spread them out over the time you are gone. You can simply put a number on the bottles right down on a sheet when to feed and what not. Wouldn't be worrying about it too much. You are in the home stretch. Just make up a few bottles and right dummy proof instructions. This is what I had to do when I went away for a week. Your plants have maybe 2 weeks left. And as for flushing. Well, if you use synthetic nutrients like me with heavy metals you wanna flush if you are curing. But your plant needs to stay on feed for at least another 2 weeks. Maybe after week 1 you can cut nutrients by half and then cut. If you using organic nutrients just use water near the end and let the plant finish whatever it has left to eat in the substrate. hard to say it could be 1 week, it could be 3. when are you gonna be back? if its a trip for a week see if its ready by the 30th and harvest when you get back if its not. if its a long trip harvest at 30th anyway because you dont want to leave your plants with someone who cant grow. not even for a week. just my 2 cents.
