I am contemplating to buy a dry freezer, like “Harvest Right” and was wondering if anybody has positive or negative thoughts or experiences?

Good if you are gonna be making concentrates I almost bought one, then instead I got a cannatrol to dry and cure with no hassels. So depends if you have enough use for one to justify the cost. Having dried and cured bud in 8 days was more important to me then a freeze dryer.

@Organoman, I don't think that is necessarily true, if done correctly I believe that it should actually preserve the terps.
@Roberts, I hear you, would not use it only for cannabis, the cannabis part would however drive 80% of the decision. I saw the cannatrol machines, they however cost almost half the purchase price to ship where I am and the harvest right guys have reseller here...

Weed smells dry like regular cut grass. What to do?I harvested parts of my laughing buddha and I've dried it for a few days now and the thing is, it smells like regular cut grass. When I touch it it smells like it's supposed to but when I open the jar it smells only like cut grass. Other plants have their unique smell tho. Help6y ago

Ready for the chop? Day 59 of floweringDoes it still need more time? Hairs look 75-90%(depending on what cola you look at) orange and trichs look about right. Not sure if I'm seeing new pistols or their just kinda folding inwards. My preference is to harvest it for a nice balanced effect. Just a little couch lock.

Help!! Do I harvest?About 50% milky, 40% clear trichome heads. But in some minor spots, they are all dark brown/amber. Its supposed to be a Forbidden Cherry Automatic (Dutch Passion), but did not turn purple. I want it to be a bit more relaxing, indica-like. Week 11, outdoor balcony grow.
