Brown spots on most leaves

Having 3 different plants (all auto) ~1month old. I water all of them with the same solution: 2ml/l CocoAB, 1/2 RO/tap water,PH ~6. PH of output water is ~6.3
One of the 2 plants has brown spots on the leaves while the others are doing fine. What is the cause of this for 1 plant?

Does not rub off- was worried about rust at first.
Some more info that could be helpful is that I am using RO water. Thinking about rasing the lights a little higher up too.
