in the first week these brown spots appeared ... Can anyone help me understand why only this plant of 4 ended up like this?

Hey 👋
Unfortunately, it looks like you have leaf septoria. It also fits the pattern that only one out of four plants is affected. In my opinion, you should remove the lady, or at least isolate her and treat her with neem oil. If you don't, the fungus can spread to your other plants and also contaminate the tent for future grows.

Ur Problem could be PH inbalance , try to stable it , on earth its 6,2-6,8 and coco 5,5-6,0

I think my plants are suffering a Phosphorus deficiency due to lockout due to low ph of soil. My first flush only helped for a while. As soon as the medium gets too dry damage resumes. I went to check on them yesterday and the amount of damage they took in 24 hours was pretty bad
