Can anyone tell me what this new growth so late in my auto is? I was going to chop this girl this week but now I’m not sure and have gone back on my flushing coming up to week 16

What are these? Buds? Seeds? both?I am seeing some pistils coming out of small round shaped parts of the plant, there are 2 per node. One on each side. I wonder if this means it's half male half female and I should cut them to avoid pollination and reduced yield?
