This is a phosphorus deficiency ... I don't see that you're recording the pH you're maintaining but in all likelihood, this is the culprit. In a soil grow, pH must be maintained betweem 6.0 and 6.5 (with 6.2 being the "sweet spot") .... And she also looks as if she's been overloaded with nitrogen... which could also cause a lockout. Since you're now in flower, the grow nutes need to be cut back and the bloom nutes emphasized. Just the overall look of the plant tells me you probably need to flush her out (42L of pH'd water through the pot) and let it dry out. When dry, you can give her another feed but cut the BioGrow to 0.5ml, and give the other nutes at half strength... The second feed you give them can be at full strength EXCEPT the Bio Grow... keep that no more than 1ml ...
You should also be adding a PK boost here... I've tried to find something in BioBizz's line up that would qualify and can't seem to find anything terribly potent.. finding the NPK of any of their nutes is a task best assigned to Sherlock Holmes sometimes.... But I'm talking about something like General Hydroponics KoolBloom liquid with an NPK of 0-10-10 or Big Boom PK 52-34 (not sure this is available in the US)... but you get the idea...
Good luck!
