I agree with Whiteybulger1814's first comment - this looks like burns from water on the leaves. I have a few places here any there on some of my plants where this has happened. Water the medium not the plant, if you you want to water the plant directly us a very fine mister, don't do it so much that the water forms bigger droplets, or choose a wise time to do it such as at or just before lights on.

There's also a contest going on for growers that entered into it, and the grower who answers the most questions and gets those answers selected have a chance at winning a prize but the caviot is they have to be from a question that is linked to a diary and this question isn't linked to a diary there for it won't count, I'm answering the question knowing that and there for just sharing my many years experience

Been doing this a long time and ill assure you there's nothing to jump the gun over, don't let people get you worked up 100% sure they don't need food, there's plenty in your substrate for the time being until they're about 4 inches and have a couple extra nodes, you'll burn them up if ya feed them now..Wait a couple days and check the next set of leaves when they pop up, they're a healthy green and no tips burnt and they're pretty hardy, marijuana is a very very resilient plant and bounce back pretty go from many things...Just wait a couple days, and check the new growth if the spot continue, then trouble shoot again...

Your mix is way too hot but my guessing.. and you are 100% PH locked out at the start. Cause they are defs. Which they shouldn't be at this stage. A young plant needs 2-400pmm for at least the 1st 10 days. Too hot. Repot using more of a perlite 0r coco whatever. Readjust your feed, just water. You need to bring them back to feeding. Good luck. Think about joining the Community it makes it much easier to give a more accurate idea instead of wildly guessing..

No diary = no information. I'm inclined to think along the same lines as Whiteybulger1814... make sure no water is left on the leaves - soak up any water with a tissue or something..

More then likely water spots and they received a mild light burn, I wouldn't be to worried unless this spreads into new growth above these leaves...
