Fully saturating soil?

So my autos are on day 18 in their 12L fabric pots.
I watered them today with 1L. Right now I'm thinking about giving them 1.5–2L of water from the bottom tomorrow morning to make sure the soil is fully saturated (for root development, etc.).
Or would that be overdoing it?

Hey bro, I wouldn't do that just yet. Fully watering from the bottom on day 18 is too early; the roots aren't everywhere yet, and you'll take away their air.
Better to keep doing what you're doing now, 1 L is perfect. If they feel light again in 1 day, you can slowly increase to 1.5 L.
Full saturation should start from week 3-4, when the plants are pulling more.

Hi, After I topped, the new growth tips started growing vigorously, but the leaves are weird.
They have a loose&floppy appearance, the serrations on the edges are very wide and one of the leaflet didn't even grow 1/5th of the size of the others..
Do you know what it is?

1 out of 3 doesnt do as well as the othersIm just wondering why one out of 3 plants, does not perfectly well while the others seem doing awesome. Can it really differ from a strain that it shows signs of light stress or nutrient burn while other plants seem to do well with it?

Spots on plant? Is she sick and how can I help her?She has some spots and I'm worried for her. This plant is the only one in my tent like this, none of my others have spots. Persistent issues - wilted leaves, light-green splotches, brown rootsMy plant has these issues. I've rinsed off the roots in case it was nutrient buildup on roots, which I still believe to be the case. I have given this plant a good amount of nutrients the week before. Does this appear to be a deficiency? Any ideas?

Sequence in the # of leaves points alterated?I have always seen Cannabis showing a constant patter in the leaves sequence.
After the cotiledona, they have first 1 point only , then 3, then 5, then 7 and so on, with Indica normally up to 7-9 and sativas up to 9+.
I noticed repeating 3 pointed leaves, photo in week 6
