Buds ripening

Hi guys, a little question: Buds ripen after harvest? Next days I've a trip away from home and my plants are almost done but not cloudy as I wish. If I harvest them now, they'll ripen a little more while drying or not? Cutting the buds will stop completely the ripening? Thanks

Once you cut them down it’s not gonna ripen anymore than what it is now. Things will change but ripening is not one of them. Ripening is a “living” process plants go thru at then end of the life cycle. Once cut, the life cycle stops. I hope this helps.

The ripening will stop as soon as you harvest... I'd harvest when you get home - just make sure you have someone who can come in and give them some water every day while you're away... it honestly won't matter much if the water is not pH'd and doing that sort of slow flush will be good... Good luck...
