You need to do a good, hard, solid flush here.... run 3x the pot volume of pH'd water through each pot.... so if you're growing in a 3 gallon pot, you'd run 9 gallons of pH'd water through each and check the pH of the runoff as you get to that last gallon - if it's STILL high, keep flushing until the runoff is where you want it to be (about 6.0-6.5) .... She's obviously got a lot of nute/salt built up in her and doing what you're doing isn't (obviously) helping...
When she's dry, you can give her another feed but always make sure you've got whatever you're giving her pH'd properly. If you use a pH pen, make sure it's calibrated. And when you water, make sure you get at least a 10-20% runoff to keep the nutes/salts from building up.
