I wouldn't trust the seeds that come from a randomly hermied plant. Fair enough if you use colloidal silver to hermie it on purpose, or you did something to the plant which might have hermied her by accident (light leak or heat stress etc), but chances are the seeds will be prone to hermie-ing as well if you did nothing to warrant it.
Your choices are: be ultra vigilant and try to catch ever nana, or kill it now and save the effort. Either way, I recommend you move it far away from your other plants and be careful about transporting any accidental pollen between them grow areas, otherwise you're going to have seeds in all the other plants as well.
