I would suggest doing a quick research on VPD. Basicly there is an optimum Temperature/RH chart for plants. On the chart you can see how high or low should be your RH according to your temperature.
30 degrees of C is a bit too hot. Definatelly looks like heat stress to me.I would remove the heating matt from under the pot. I would suggest not going over 28 degrees of C if you can.
According to the VPD Chart at the highest 28 degrees of C your RH should be 75-80% for the optimal grow conditions. Your RH at these temperatures are extremely low.
To raise the humidity, any kind of cheap humidifier will help. You dont need to spend too much. Anything that will spray water will help. You can spray water yourself with a bottle to keep the RH up but you have to be there all the time to do that.
Also check your light height,
having it too close to the plant will raise the leaf temperature even beyond your enviroment temperature.
