Has the seed shell come off? If it's having trouble coming off, spray it with a good amount of water, wait, and you'll see it comes off without problems... Start with a root stimulant to give them a chance to throw down quickly. Then add a "grow" base nutrient that's high in nitrogen. That's all you'll need first few weeks.
