Can I switch my light schedule from 8:30 AM-8:30 PM To : - 6 :00 AM -6:00PM,due to work I need to reschedule like that 2 hours early on time so I can make it to work on time,mu plant is in 12 week flowering will she be stressed

if you want to change it, make sure to extend the dark period and restart everything. the reveg problem can happen more easily if you go below 12 hours of darkness instead of extending it. or if you have time, you can shift it by half an hour each day, turn off half an hour earlier and turn on half an hour earlier... this way you don't reduce the dark period.

The heat problem was back... well, now I had to hang the lamp 40cm higher, just put in new poles and made the tent taller. I hope it's not too bad for the ladies. But there was no other way; the temperature at the highest point of the plant was sometimes 33 degrees.

Distance from bulb or from reflector?I found content about the distance from grow lights to the plants. I Know that using a 250w MH bulb the distance should be in a range from 20cm to 30cm. But i dont know If I should measure the distance from the glass of the reflector or from the bulb itself to the plants. Help!Week 3

when to switch from 4k veg light to 3kI have 7 3 week old plants under 165 watt of 4k quantum boards. They seem to be stack tight. my question should I switch them up now to 3k 240w light to get a bit more height... or what I think I should do, be patient veg them 4 full week under 4k then veg a week or 2 under 3k.Setup. light on humidifier :(okay I think I might have fucked up (lol). I bought a new humidifier. And I didn’t realize it has a light in it. And i run it in the ten over the whole night. Noob questionI have 2 mars hydro ts1000 leds as my normal set up but I have also put back up my 600w dual spectrum HPS on an angle running at 4 to give extra light coverage, just wanted to know if there was any point in doing this as I’m not sure quite new to growing thanks in advance 💯✌️

How can I prevent these light burn issues?It seems these Mars hydro lights are not so great. This is my third grow and having the same issue every time. Red stems where they are exposed to light. Yellowing leaves. But when I move the lights further away, stretching is very bad. Should I just get new light?Setup. Lighting
