I have a 2x4 tent I think I’m going to flower 2 plants in in a SCROG in 5 gallon pots. I have 2 Mars Hydro TSW 2000s (300W each), is this going to be overkill on lighting?

Yeah but you can run em dimmed down to 50+% and it won’t be overkill at that point. it’s a good set up for better uniformity across the canopy rather than one in the middle.
I dunno that I would scrog in a 2x4 tho personally. Shouldn’t be hard to maximize your yields similar to scrog just with some simple training.
Unless you’re quite experienced with it.. hard to scout for bugs or fungus once the net is locked in.

If I move 3wk old S.Diesel & Critical from 18hrs💡indoors to outdoors where they'll get +/-11hrs direct🌞. Is there still a risk of them going into flower even though they're still babies? I really don't want this to happen. They'll be in the woods so no chance to add extra light4 years ago

Don’t have any problems with temp/humidity inside tent.
Once you notice the buds starting to flower do you switch to 12/12 or just keep plugging away with 18/6?Week 4

Does anyone have experience with colas that have been severely light deprived, yet still have trichs?My ghost nug grew up on the side of the tent blocked from light. She has trichs, looks super light yellow (see pics). My question is, wouldn't this be desirable? Less chlorophyll to wait on before smoking? Has anyone tried to maybe light deprive parts of their colas?

Pre run test showing high temp and low humidity,Hello,I have pre run to test the temps and humidity on my first one ,i run a 600w hps in a 1x1x2 tent with 5 inch rvksileo extract my temps at at 35c and my humidity below 30 despite setting for 55% would a test without a plant be false ?
