SF-1000 safe distance and dimmer for seedlings in soil?my seedlings are stretching and not growing in size. soil, autos, dropped in water 7 days ago and moved to soil in solo cups.
What are people running the SF-1000 at for seedlings?
I was at 30" and 20% but that's not good clearly.

Light ScienceHas anyone watched some Youtube videos by Dr Bruce Bugbee from Apogee Instruments? I find his lectures on lighting to be the most straight forward explanations I have heard yet. I found his vid called "The New 400-750 nm ePAR Range Explained with Dr. Bruce Bugbee" to be eye opening on lighting colours. I have changed my LED's based on a few of his vids. He explains what plants really want and those Burple lights just don't cut it.
For those that don't know he is a professor at the University of Utah that legally studies cannabis growth.

Hi there,
I currently have 9 1 day old Auto seedlings under a 400w FL lamp with 2 broken outputs so its really running at 300w, which is 18" away from the seedling
I also have a 600W Kind LED and I'm wondering if I should replace the broken FL lamp with the LED?

Is this enough? 2 mars hydro 600 TS or 200 watts of led in a 24x24x36 tent,Using a 24x24x36 tent, I have 1 mars 600 ts (100 watts) in there for one plant. I’m going to throw another mars 600 in there as well and grow amnesia haze with my northern lights. I have good ventilation, will this be enough wattage or should I get some CFLs for under canopylightSetup. Lighting
