i'd wait and see.. a little damage that never progresses is fine.. let's you know you are pushing those boundaries. Plant looks very healthy otherwise.
keep eye on it.. look up what p tox, k tox and Calcium deficiency look like and how it progresses... that's my top 2 guesses.. especially if new growth is a bit yellow too. Calcium deficiency if there's no other chlorosis or paling...
becareful adding calcium... it often comes with nitrogen, too... can easily send things out of balance trying to tweak soemthing else.
i'd look up ppms of what you provide... could shed light on what is most likely at fault.. e.g. if Ca is <100ppm in total, it raises chances of that being it.. if P is up around 70-80ppm you might be seeing initial toxicity etc... k prolly shows symptoms somewhre over 200some --- if used for along period of time it'll likely happen at these concentrations in a soilles context.. ymmv depending on grow method used. soil is different animal but over time will average out similarly all things considered.
