the one on right sure looks like a sac... if there aren't 2 little white haris portruding or it can be seen to be projecting from a twig, it's a male organ for sure. looks like it's got the seams of a typical sac... (the lines where it eventually splits open) and, it is normal.. it happens some percentage of the time, therefore it is very "normal." However, in this specific context, you should kill it. Be 100% certain. you have time before a sac matures and opens up. green and small is no concern at moment. if you see no "hair" portruding in next couple days, remove it.... or if oyu have a scope for trichomes, take a closer look... you'll see very obviously differences between the two sex organs. you've got an obvious female example 1 cm away.

Let it grow, it will find its own way in the world. You should love it anyway
