I can’t tell you for sure it’s a polyploid. If you got one. It’s nothing bad at all.
A friend of me had a polyploid and it was a really nice special bud.
They say the thc % is bigger in a polyploid.

Certainly looks like polyploidy to me! Whether it is good or bad is kind of hard to say, definitely makes for an interesting looking flower structure but won't really improve your yields or quality as far as I understand.
You might find this paper interesting, basically the improvement they have seen so far is largely in trichome and terpene production on sugar leaves of tetraploids but no difference in finished bud. Not sure it's totally relevant to the mutation you are saying as they induced using oryzalin treatment but interesting nonetheless. https://doi.org/10.3389/fpls.2019.00476
