Certainly looks like polyploidy to me! Whether it is good or bad is kind of hard to say, definitely makes for an interesting looking flower structure but won't really improve your yields or quality as far as I understand. You might find this paper interesting, basically the improvement they have seen so far is largely in trichome and terpene production on sugar leaves of tetraploids but no difference in finished bud.
