I think 99% of grow related questions can be answered with "It depends...". That's what makes it such a fantastic hobby :) Anyway my 2 cents: Leaves produce energy which generates plant growth so you should let them be. However: Remove a leaf if it will make for a better distribution in your plant. Remove a leaf if it blocks a bud. Remove a leaf if it is yellow or sick. Remove a leaf that is always in the shadow, as it is not contributing to growth. Some say remove a leaf to improve air circulation but I have found that one to be difficult to assess. But it's always worth it to check your seed bank's website for specific cultivation advice, as some strains respond better than others. I have noticed no difference between autos and photos. Good luck!

Absolutely not necessary. Or even beneficial in most cases. I would suggest only ever removing yellow leaves, for by the time they are yellow, they have served their purpose. Just remember - Maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum amount of energy production = maximum growth. Nice strain too, from my favourite breeder!

It all depends on your grow method and style. The main goal of defoliation is to keep good air flow and light penetration to the plant. Just play it by ear and see how the plant goes. Go with the flow as she grows. But sweet seeds is the most pathetic "breeder" I have ever dealt with. They arent someone I would ever support in the cannabis community.

I think that depends on the plant. Some are more compact and other not. I have not grown this plant so cant say for sure. Out of the 48 diaries that have grown this plant. only 14 used that technique. growdiaries.com/explore Have a look aorund the diaries who grew it. Compare the ones who did it and did not do it in conjunction with lst. The filters are useful if the diary is accurate and correctly label what techniques they did in it. Best Of Luck!
