Just repotted my baby after learning she may have too much nitrogen. Should I trim all the damaged leaves or should I wait until the plant gets stronger? Also, when will the stem become thicker? Is there something I can do?

Yes, you should because if you don't the plant will focus on repairing the damaged leaves instead of focusing on actual growth, and besides dead dying leaves are like a magnet for pest. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.
