Should i harvest when theres no transparent trichomes (all white) or should i wait until theres some brown-caramel? Thx to you all <3

The theory in the most revered books on the matter says you should harvest when the majority of the pistils have changed to orange, red or brown, at which point the plant will stop producing new trichromes and resin. Bud mass should have stabilized also and not have increased in a few days.

Defoliated 2 fan leaves - pre flowering! :(I've just removed 2 big fan leaves that were potential light blockers. I've just read that defoliating when flowering can stress the plant and reduce yield.
