raised the light to 40 cm above the plant, temperature 26-27 degrees Celsius, humidity 48-55.

The leave taco shape implies heat stress, but the tips show light burn so try to put your lights much further from the plants

Random spots and marks at random leaves, should i worry about it or is it normal? 100% organic grow.Should i worry about these marks and spots in my plant? I cant see any bugs or plagues eating my plant, i only had some mold before but used oxigenated water to deal with it and that is it. Removing dry, necrotic leavesShould I remove the dead part of the leaves? Specifically remove the brown parts of the leaves and leave the green part to save them for trim? If so how could I go about removing them without getting brown crumbles everywhere?
