I've grown one with even more leaf mutations than this, to the point where even the nodes would pop like 1 alone, then 3 at a time, then 1 again, then 2, then 3, etc, plant grew taller than the other and i had to top multiple times and tie the fk out of her so she stopped streetching, she waz an auto and even tho all the others entered flower at week 4 this mutated one started flower at week 6, by the end i didnt wait for her to fully finish as i needed the clean tent to start a new round and wouldnt delay a whole sog for this one plant, that being said, she was picked a bit early but that expressed some influence in the high as she was more on the energetic side, however the taste was amazing, she had a lot more intense smell than her same strain unmutated sister but the buds were randomly spread like wild berries in their bush, and smaller, but, they did taste and hit a lot better than the unmutated version, my regreat was not taking her to the end cuz she would've been worth delaying the whole next batch, so if i get one again, im keeping her for longer, but i havent gotten one again.
Ultimatly it comes down to personal preference, if you got the time and wanna gamble on it, you know that mutations can express themselfs not only in bud structure but also in smell and cannabinoid profile, doesn't mean they will always be good, but its up to you if you wanna gamble on that or not, if you're just doing this for the weed, then maybe growing something you know you want might be worth, but if you do this for the experience so you understand the plants a little better then you can always grow her even if for the curiousity of what will happen and how will she develop.
I'd keep her, and she doesnt even look that much mutated either.
