My Blueberry Auto Fem plant is on week 14. I checked under a jewelers lupe and the thrichomes are still milky white. No amber colored resin bulbs at all. Should I be patient and wait a few more weeks to see if any develop?

I agree with Creepy_Steve, a lot of trichomes stuff is little bit dumbed. Before, i was using a magnifying glass x30, i suggest you to buy one if u wanna recolt at the perfect moment. But honestly, that depends on the genetics you grow, and imo, this is better to harvest for high potency THC, rather than wait for an amber color, because more you wait, more you loose these good terpenes and stuffs... so.. everyting is with your instinct, after some experiments, you know when the plants are ready, without using the magnifying glass. Check the buds, density, when this is dense, trichomes are milky, you can think to wash the roots. This is my way of working, after many harvests.

Make sure you are checking buds not leaves. Sounds like you got about a week. Stop nutrition if you have not. Just ph water. Will starve the plant and promote ripening. Should do ph water as soon as it is done bulking.

Plants have a mind of their own sometimes and you can't go off of what the Breeder said the flowering time would be because grow conditions, nutrients and other factors go into how long it takes for it to fully develop. So long as none of the trichomes are still clear you can harvest now infact THC levels are highest when they're milky but if you want more amber than give it another week or two, up to you.

a lot of the trichome stuff is dumbed down science... and things get lost in translation. amber is actually severely degredated cannabinoids. whether i spelled that word poorly or not, lol... or off a syllable.. bwahaha. even cloudy is the first sign of molecular degradation because the plant can no longer maintain itself fully - senescence / end of life stuff. Some plants just don't amber up. If you can see any long hairs, i'd hold off longer. If all the pistils are coild up (ie that part of plant is now dead / non-functional) and the buds are dense.. i'd harvest it. if you like large portions of trichoems to be amber. give it a bit longer. Some strains simply won't show amber at the same time as others. it's no a perfect metric to use. it is the best metric to use, though. it has limits.
