Problema con Barneys Farm

I was excited to try Barneys Farm, so I bought 4 seeds of watermelon zkittlez auto and had the unpleasant surprise that 2 of them didn't even open, 1 opened and when I transferred it to the soil, it died. I only have one specimen left :( has anyone else had problems?

I think they are seeds that need a perfect balance of moisture. I put 3 Runtz x Layer Cake to germinate with a little less moisture than I usually do and using Start Up from PLAGRON, and all 3 germinated :D

I had the same problem with a watermelon zkittles from Barney's farm. I only bought 1 of them. So haven't tried again with this strain.

Love your name.
I went through a period of time recently where nothing I tried germinated.... I'm convinced it was an issue of the temps being either too low or too high for the seeds... but sh*t does happen.... I'd get back in touch with them and tell them you didn't get two to germinate... they'd probably replace them!

Inside of seed stuck on cotyledon leaves keeping them togetherHas anyone ever had the inside of the seed stay on and keep the two cotyledon leaves together? The outer hard shell has come off. I've been spraying it to try and soak it off but it's quite hard. Anyone ever successfully deal with this or will it just pop off on its own?
