Is my plant ready to harvest?

This is going to be a matter of choice on your part. I prefer to harvest with only 5-10% amber. Higher amber equals higher couch lock.

Let her go for at least another week with just ph water. You'll be surprised at how much more the buds can swell .

Still not ready, week or so

You have about a week to 2 left tops. Closer to 1 in my opinion. I would change to ph water till harvest. It will also encourage ripening when plant fades.

Growers choice pal. I tend to go off aroma. When the flowers smell ripe and look good to me I chop them.

looks like it can ripen a bit.. really long hairs remain, but that can be a trait too. (hairs do coil up, but they look shorter because the calyx plumps around it... later the stigma dies and coils up) i have a cool little progression of a bud sit in my winter 2023 diary (family guy cover photo) -- you can see how the stigma "look" shorter over the last 2-3 weeks. this rate of development is not always the same, but you can see how long it takes for a calyx to plump and it still has another week to go, i bet. I have other plants that were begging to be choped at D 56 from flip too. trichomes, denisty of colas and stigmata (pistils, hairs, aka) Use all thre to consistently choose a harvest point... it may take a few harvests to feel comfortable about it... and do try different prevalence of amber. more amber 'should' make you sleepier / more couchlick, but every human body can react slightly differently to these chemicals.. like someone that gets hyper vs tired whent hey take nyquil... that shit knocks me out in 15minutes.. for some it keeps them up all night.

Wait another week at least, calyx haven't swollen up yet and the pistils haven't started shrivelled up yet.

If she is indica u need to wait for amber thricomes.. If is not indica cut it 😎
