cellular growth is still made up of the same stuff regardless. so use the one with readily availble nutes for the plant. faster growth, better yields.
if you eat eggs or fish, does it change how your muscles are made? (maybe, one is better than the other, but the muscle fibers grown are the same) absolutely not. plant flower, leaves, stems are made of the same stuff... leaves may store differing amounts of things relative to how we fertilize, but that is part of their physiology.

Both lines are pretty good.
If you're using a light mix for a soil, I'd use the Mineral Line.
Loaded soil the organic will be better.
