OF is hot soil. adding some perlite can help cut it down. it could use a little drainage boost anyway. (next time) until they have a healthy root mass, they are sensitive plants. if it happened more recently, it could be other causes. OF can feed a plant for a while, so if you are fertilizing, hold off.
