White spots

Hello. I having issues identifying what are the white spots. Been told is thrips but I looked under the mycroscope and couldnt notice any larvae or thrips moving around. Checked the ph and is all good. Any advice ?

They appear as teeny tiny little wormy caterpillars eventually turn to little white flys, as caterpillar they puke all over and come out mostly at night, they hide on underside of leaves, should notice little black tiny eggs. Noticable by eye but very small.

90% sure it's thrips, once you had em it's very distinctive.

That looks like thrip damage. You’d be lucky to catch one on microscopic camera. If you don’t have great vision they’re really hard to spot by eye..
