i've noticed my plant looks a little smaller and more compact, i was looking to do lst on it but it seems like its kinda small. is this a result of my light being to powerful/too close to the canopy? i'm running 1 qb288 v2 rspec @ 150w / 22-24in away. or is all of this normal!?

@bicGro is this the auto version of NL that seedsman does? if so it will stretch big time during the early stages of flowering so I would not worry too much about her size just yet . Maybe do a little topping start with the main node at the top and gently pinch it out by next week you will have two main growing tops then you can employ some LST to support the branches as they enlongate

Hello my friend 😉 Do not worry! your plant is splendid your work is good. It's an autoflowering it will make a flower all by itself like a big one. I found that you have a light cycle 18/6 I urge you to spend in 20/4 because by experience I think it is the cycle that offers the best performance. I also advise you to practice the LST and if possible combine this technique with Apex pinching the two will allow you a more homogeneous canopy thus a better light penetration and consequently a greater final output. Good luck for your culture🌱 May the strength be with you 💪
