Bud topping

Ive had to snip bits of bud off my plants before due to various issues and it just leaves big holes in the bud where you cut it away. Def do not do this if you dont have to. If anything the buds ive snipped ended up being the smaller buds in size and weight and even just looking at them you can see they smaller. Dont do it. Buds fatten with time and good light, they need good airflow too to get enough Co2 but if they are growing happily, dont mess with them and just wait, you cant force them in the last few weeks. It just takes time for them to fatten up and gain weight. Be patient my friend.

If you know how to grow, there is no need for bud topping as any plant grown properly with the proper ph and ec levels through the entire grow, will give you great big hard bud. If the plant isn't producing big bud, then topping the buds won't make much of a difference..
