those are future buds. pay attention to how developed those are and when vege growth stops (new leaves / stem elongation). this is useful familiarity when planning. it's not always the same, but better thana blind guess. for example, you don't have much more vege growth left at this point, i'd guess. might get a few more inches of height, if it hasn't already stopped.
i see no male genitalia. i'm no george michael but pollen sacs look different than calyxes. google image search. you can familiarize yourself better with what to look for better than i can describe it. hairs = female, though... if it has hairs poppin out of it, it's a calyx. calyxes are good.
