if it's been hot lately, it could very weel be heat stress. you can skip the rest if this is true. If not, consider other recent behaviour. if internode length is good, your lights are fine. if you stick to a healthy wet-dry cycle to determine when to irrigate, your substrate is likely fine too. 3 bladed leaf looks alrfight. THose first couple set don't have to be perfect for the plant to be pretty and robust later on... they often come out with some funk to them. the canoeing is environmental or possibly what's been fed. it's reducing photosynthesis for some cause.
