it really depends... there's incomplete info but i'll give one possibility. if you p and k have gotten too high (from buildup or change of formula), then your new growth will start out a bit lighter color, but should fill in.
other things cause yellowing new growth, too.
Too litle Fe or S also cause the plant to yellow in what seems to be the progression in picture - from petiole and out to tip - backward from most other things. but there should be oher symptoms to make it more obvious to discern.
i wouldn't react too quickly on this. see if it presents anoher symptom in day or two. if it fills in and grows fine, don't do anything drastic when yo do decide to try something. use teh info you have at your hands that isn't in this question.
