600 ppfd at 20/4 is way too much. You can see that from the short distances between the nodes. Way too short. Hang the light higher or dim its brightness. At this stage, 200 ppfd should be more than enough.

She is looking good and healthy, but please move her to a minimum 5gal pod or whatever size you have planned to be your final pod ASAP For the first and second week for won't see much deverlopment because it trying grow root zone as much as it can before it grow upward Week 3 to week 5 you will see she grow very fast, cut of the first node and LST it as much as you can. This week 5 she will start flowering if you go with light 20/4 all the way, please make sure you have Cal-Mag ready, you will need a minimum 1cc for every water all of the flowering stage Good Luck Cheers Sunny
