bud leaf dry out

That was my first thought as well Damo110774 but I had raised the lights two days before so lights were not too close. Second this is the only plant out of 5 that has this and it isn't the tallest, there are other buds a few inches closer to the light that are fine. I have 3 White Widow and 2 Northern Lights, both CBD, This is one of the White Widow. All 3 are growing slightly different so perhaps it is just this one. The signs point to light problems that don't make sense.
