that's almost certainly light bleaching. raise light an inch or two and see if that stops the progression. keep an eye on it the next 2 weeks or so. it won't fully heal, but is smokeable. i'd ignore the trichome maturation on the bleached buds, too, as far as determining harvest window. it won't be normal development comparable with rest of plant. it'll probably be showing amber before anything else.

Dif causes. Mainly is light bleaching if you're dealing with good gentics. Which leds too close will do that. Or a light just to close. Its a bad sign. It can be fixed. But if its gentics then a thing called "chlorophyll" its more than just a pigment. Its an essential building block in a plant. Who knows. If its because of back crossing from the breeder (studies done. It occurs more so with the more a strain has been backcrossed) there's mountains of stuff about it. But regardless of happenstance. Its not a good thing. Be it from light bleaching. That's an easy fix. Be more careful with your lights. But, if it's gentic and you're in early development still. You can give your plant higher sugars and good bloom nutrients will help curve this issue until harvest. A nutrient to help with the chlorophyll process obviously would be good. Good Growing

That is indeed an albino bud, which is a rare mutation that can occur in cannabis plants. It's fascinating to see such unique occurrences in cultivation. While albino buds may have a distinct appearance, it's important to note that they might have lower potency and yield compared to regular buds. However, the rarity and uniqueness of these albino buds make them a special find. Enjoy the experience and continue nurturing your plants with care. Good luck with your future grows!
