Spots on plant? Is she sick and how can I help her?

She has some spots and I'm worried for her. This plant is the only one in my tent like this, none of my others have spots. And I did transplant her to a 1 gallon pot, but she needed it. Her roots were growing out of the solo cup. Does anyone have any ideas what's wrong with her?

Hey!
This looks like Leaf septoria..
Immediately (and carefully) remove all affected leaves.
Avoid getting water on the leaves or laying on top of each other – you want to avoid moisture
Make sure to keep the ground under your plant clean and top part drier to keep this from spreading.

What is this rust discoloration on leaves, and how can I stop it?Does anyone happen to know what is causing this rust colored discoloration on fan leaves? It starts on bottom leaves, and moves up.
