Looks like nutrient lock-up to me. I'd use your method of flushing. My rule of thumb is no nutrients until day 21, but I have done it sooner with success.

Yellow Leaves AutoflowerNovice grower, Outdoor. Started in a 70/30 coco-coir to perlite mix. Forgot Worm Castings until 22nd June, implemented with top dressing of Gaia Green Power Bloom and All Purpose. Overwatered at stem for a week or so. Leaves getting yellow and rolling upHello. I noticed this morning some leaves have their ends getting yellow and roll up to the center of the leaves. Some other leaves have very tiny brown dots. Is this yellowing normal? Probably because of LST?I am growing my plant with LST and some of the lower fan leaves have been moved down in the shadow.
Is this the reason why those leaves are getting yellow and dry?
