You should notice in the next couple of weeks that the buds will fatten up and develop larger colas. The reason to the large quantity of sugar leaves as stick stated is due to the lack of fan leaves on your plant to absorb light. Be patient and it will be worthwhile. Good luck on your grow!

Hi @DizzusBoy ! Because you did remove too many fan-leaves on the plants, they're building a lot of tiny leaves onto the buds, in order to grab energy from your light. Now if you want to know when to harvest, you should use a magnifier or microscope and have a look at the trichomes onto the buds. Clear and skinny trichomes --> too soon, milky and fat trichomes --> best time to harvest, amber trichomes --> too late, THC is degrading. Hope this helps, keep us up-to-date and happy growing!

Those towers of leaves are colas, big buds. Flowering needs usually from 8 to 11 weeks. That might give you an idea of how many you have left. Pictures are not too clear and with yellow light it's imposible to tell much, but it looks like it still has 2 or 3 weeks to go: the calyxes needs to swell, pistils will turn red and thricomes will become cloudy (if you have a loupe or microscope to check)
