Calmag between feeding isn't a bad idea if you're not feeding to often..general hydroponics is a good reliable brand, have you ever considered a deep water culture system?

Molasses is only beneficial in soil grows as it feeds the soil not so much the plant. You could try missing with a light molasses spray to the leaves beefier lights come on.
