What's a good ec , ppm for soil grow around week 4 veg ?

Hello growmies and ladies. Ok I just got a ppm EC meter and I'm on the upside of the learning curve for ec and ppm . I checked the water I'm using and it showed a 140 ppm and a EC of 340. I'm using filtered and de chlorinated water . Can I use water as is providing I adjust pH ?

Same as our water so you can check our results.
Only use bottled water for germination a first few days of seedling rest is tap that sits for 24 hrs
EC is not really that effective for soil, that is more for hydro though cant hurt to watch it
Its just an entirely different grow medium from coco or DWC as it buffers whatever you put into it
The imprecision of soil is one reason we went to coco though to be honest.
